While our goal is always to provide you with a top-tier experience, we kindly ask that you adhere to a few guidelines to help ensure the best possible service. - We get it life still goes on even during a self care day, To ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted experience for all clients, we kindly request that phones remain on silent and usage be kept to a minimum during your appointment. This helps with getting services done faster. - As mentioned, my #1 priority is quality over quantity. To ensure your experience is not rushed and reflects my best work, we kindly ask that you avoid scheduling other appointments (such as hair, nails, etc.) on the same day as your service. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, please note that the deposit remains non-refundable. However, you will have the following options:** Allow me to remove the products from your face or provide you with the necessary products to do so. Leave with the products applied as-is (your look may be incomplete). Reschedule to come back later the same day, if availability allows. In situations such as this, the retainer remains non-refundable. This policy accounts for both the products used and the reserved time slot. RUNNING LATE we value both your time and ours. Please note that we offer a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. After 15 minutes it will result as a complete cancellation RESCHEDULES Retainer fees are non-refundable but transferable one time only. If you need to reschedule more than once, the original deposit will no longer be valid, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Please note that repeatedly forfeiting or rescheduling appointments may result in being restricted from future bookings.
